Imperial Cities Tour (4 days/3 nights)

The Moroccan Imperial Cities Tour offers an exceptional opportunity to explore the wonders of Morocco, delving into its rich culture, history, traditions, and diverse landscapes shaped by various dynasties such as the Almoravids, Almohads, Merinids, Saadians, and the Alaouites. The tour covers the imperial capitals: Fez, Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, and Meknes, each city boasting unique architectural, cultural, and artistic heritage within their fortified walls.

Day 1: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat

We begin our journey from Marrakech, traveling through Casablanca, the economic heart of Morocco. Our orientation tour includes a visit to the exterior of the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, the second-largest mosque in the world. We'll also visit the Cathedral 'Notre Dame de Lourdes,' the Ain Diab Corniche, and the Grand Mall of Casablanca.

Continuing to Rabat, a city known for its numerous 13th-century monuments, we'll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Hotel Malak or a similar accommodation.

Day 2: Rabat - Meknes - Fez

In Rabat, we'll embark on a city tour to explore the famous Kasbah des Oudayas, a 12th-century fortified military camp, and visit the Hassan Mosque and the Roman and medieval ruins of Chellah.

Afterward, we'll head to Meknes, another remarkable Imperial City, once the capital under Sultan Moulay Ismail. Highlights include the attics and stables of Moulay Ismail, Place El Hedim, and Bab Mansour, the most renowned gate in North Africa. After lunch in Meknes, we'll visit the well-preserved Roman ruins of Volubilis and the nearby town of Moulay Idriss, the birthplace of the founder of the first Muslim dynasty in Morocco. We will then proceed to Fez for our overnight stay.

Day 3: Full-Day Fez City Tour

After breakfast, we'll dedicate the entire day to discovering Fez, the oldest imperial city in Morocco, renowned for its spiritual and educational contributions to Moroccan culture. We’ll tour the medieval Medina, explore the bustling souks where traditional crafts are still made, and enjoy lunch at a traditional Moroccan restaurant. Our visit will continue in the afternoon before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Fez - Marrakech

After breakfast at the hotel, we will return to Marrakech, making several stops along the way to fully appreciate the journey on our final day.
